Privacy Policy

Account information: name, email address, and password (processed securely via Supabase Authentication; we do not store your password in plain text).

Profile information: city, state, genre, instrument, bio, notable venues, draw/attendance figures, and any other details you choose to add to your profile.

Social and platform links: Instagram, Spotify, YouTube, and TikTok handles or URLs you provide, along with any public statistics (such as follower counts) pulled from those platforms when you connect them.

Payment information: if you subscribe to Pro or Manager plans, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number, Stripe handles this directly under its own privacy and security practices.

Messages and pitches: content you send to other users, venues, or through our pitch-drafting tools.

Artist discovery information: to help independent artists find opportunities, we may collect publicly available information (such as a name, city, genre, or public social media presence) about musicians who have not yet signed up, gathered from public web sources, for the purpose of inviting them to join Nice Set.

To provide and operate the platform (profiles, search, messaging, booking pitches).

To process payments and manage subscriptions.

To communicate with you about your account or requests you make (such as a booking pitch or account deletion request).

To generate AI-assisted pitch drafts on your behalf, using the information you provide.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with the following service providers, only as needed to operate Nice Set:

Supabase, database hosting and authentication

Stripe, payment processing

Resend, transactional email delivery

Anthropic, AI-assisted pitch and message drafting

Meta (Facebook/Instagram), if you choose to promote your profile or content, we share the information necessary to run paid advertising campaigns on your behalf through Meta's advertising platform, in accordance with Meta's own privacy and data policies.

Each of these providers processes information under their own privacy and security policies.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

You may update most of your profile information directly in your account settings. To request deletion of your account and associated data, see our Data Deletion page at niceset.app/data-deletion.

We use essential cookies/local storage required to keep you signed in and to operate core site functionality. We do not use these for advertising.

Nice Set is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
