Nice Set is a platform connecting independent musicians, artists, and venues. We are not a booking agency, talent agency, employer, or financial intermediary. We provide the tools - you make the connections.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Nice Set does not verify the identity of users beyond account creation. Use your own judgment when connecting with others on the platform.

Nice Set provides messaging tools to help artists and musicians connect. We are not a party to any conversations, agreements, or transactions that occur between users on or off the platform.

Never share passwords, banking details, personal documents, or financial information through Nice Set messaging. Nice Set cannot be held responsible for any information you choose to share with other users.

Any financial arrangements made between users including booking fees, performance guarantees, or payment for services are made directly between those users. Nice Set is not party to those agreements and accepts no liability for disputes, non-payment, or any financial loss arising from arrangements made through the platform.

You retain ownership of all content you post on Nice Set including your profile, bio, photos, and music links. By posting content on Nice Set you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform for the purpose of operating the service.

You agree not to use Nice Set to impersonate another artist or musician, share false or misleading information, harass or threaten other users, attempt to circumvent platform security or access controls, or use the platform for any purpose other than connecting artists musicians and venues.

Nice Set provides this platform as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed gigs, financial losses, reputational harm, or disputes between users. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Nice Set in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nice Set reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or that we determine in our sole discretion is harmful to the community or the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
